Hi, I just got the HP Sprocket. I am having trouble connecting it through the app once I hit print. It says it is connected through my Bluetooth. But once I hit print it says it's not connected.
I've tried resetting the Sprocket, restarting my phone, and forgetting the device but it is still not printing and saying it is disconnected. Please help!

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting connectivity issue with your HP Sprocket. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Reset the printer again.

  1. Locate the reset button near the charging port.

  2. Gently insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.

The printer resets and turns off.

  3. Press and hold the power button until the Status Indicator light is solid and white.

The printer is now ready to print.

Let me know if that helps.
