I am having an absolute nightmare in trying to return an item. Agreement was confirmed by email that my return would be accepted and a collection date agreed for DPD to collection. I was given no instruction as to the address to put on the return parcel.

 

DPD failed to show as confirmed by text and apparently state my premises was closed (I live in a residential house!) and I was definitely in as agreed.

 

Anyway after several attempts to get to the bottom of this very frustrating procedure I still do not have answers. Why isn't it possible to just speak to someone who knows what they are talking about or at least make it easier to contact you and get information.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Pretty much as I expected - terrible service again. No contact made - still battling to get a collection date for my item sorted!
