SPROCKET 2 IN1

IS THERE A WAY OF DELETING PICTURES IN THE PRINT QUE IF YOU DECIDED THAT YOU DIDN'T WANT TO PRINT THEM?

ALSO, IS THERE A TRICK TO ENGAGING THE MICRO-SD CARD WITHOUT PHYSICALLY KEEPING IT PRESSED IN ALL THE TIME? THIS IS A REPLACEMENT SPROCKET WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE FIRST ONE.

@WFYR

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

  1. Open the Sprocket app.
  2. Touch the Menu button in the upper left corner.
  3. Select "Print Queue"
  4. Select "Printers"
  5. Slowly swipe left on the photo(s) you wish to delete.

Unfortunately, there is no way to trick the Sprocket in doing that.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
