Operating System: iOS

Hi everyone, my Sprocket printer works fine, my problem is with the app. When I go look for pictures to print on facebook I can only see my albums and not all the pictures I am tagged in. Is it possible to see them all in some way? Thanks a lot

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

HP Sprocket app will only detect the saved photos on your social media account. Tagged photos are not saved, I believe that's why they are not available in the HP Sprocket app. You may either save the tagged photos to your albums on Facebook or download the photos directly to phone and then use HP Sprocket app to print those photos.
