Sprocket

I want to use the Sprocket for te first time, but when I want to print a photo, the smartsheet won’t print and the Sprocket says that there is no more paper. So my Sprocket is making ugly photos now

@TR99,

Thanks for reaching out to HP Support Forums. I’d like to be of your assistance!

I understand that you are having printing issues with your new HP Sprocket. I will certainly do my best to find you a solution!

Let's first try to update the printer firmware.

  1. Make sure the printer is charged 50% or more.

  2. Make sure the printer is on and your mobile device is connected to the Internet.

  3. On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app.

  4. Tap the Menu icon , and then tap sprocket.

  5. Tap Printers, and then tap your printer in the list.

    The printer information screen displays.

  6. Look for a firmware upgrade.

    • If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade, and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

    • If a firmware upgrade option does not display, the printer firmware is up-to-date.

If the issue still persists, go to this link and perform the steps mentioned.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Good luck 🙂
