Product: Sprocket 2-in-1

I have tried all the fixings for Bluetooth. I have reset the printer, disconnected it from my phone and all and it’s been 2 days of having it and it worked initially but then stopped connecting. It shows up to connect when I try to connect new printer and I tap it and it does not connect, then I go to Bluetooth and try to connect it and it says connection unsuccessful, it is fully charged and all. Every time I open the paper flap the light starts blinking red and I don’t know if that’s normal or not but this is ridiculous.
