I've tried everything on the web to fix the problem.
cleaned the roller and used that blue card a hundred times, reinstalled the app, and everything's up to date (firmware) but there are still black lines in my photo.
I've wasted a bunch of paper which is not cheap at all, how can I fix this?
I'm so frustrated... looks like a lot of people have the same problem but nothing from hp fixes this problem.
What should I do?
