Product: Sprocket 200
Hi,
I recently bought a sprocket 200 and it was working fine the past few days. However, yesterday, I tried to connect my sprocket to 3 different phones at the same time, at which point it gave me a message that max number of connected devices were reached, and since then, the sprocket has not been able to print anything. The other 2 phones to which the sprocket was connected have uninstalled the sprocket app and 'forgot this device" in their bluetooth settings, but this has not resolved the issue.
The funny thing is - although my phone's bluetooth works fine and connects/pairs to the sprocket, it still gives me this error:
I have tried factory resetting the sprocket by holding the rest button down for 30 seconds, but that has not seemed to help it. My guess is that the error originated in the instance when three phones were connected to the sprocket at once.
Do you have ideas of how I could fix this?
Many thanks,
John
