Hi
I have had a sprocket 200 for about 6 years, I have used it about 10 times for a commercial ships log (useful to describe problems). I have come to use it last weekend and it won't charge. The LED next to the charge port just blinks red and the unit won't charge. I have tried reset and other methods described in these pages but nothing works. I suspect the battery is past redemption or there is a hardware fault.
Please advise.

I had this same issue after my Sprocket 200 sat for a year without use. I had to replace the battery, which resolved the issue.
BTW, Sprocket is now supported by a third party, see the "More Support Options" and "Contact Us" pages in the link here.
