HP Recommended

Hello. I requested contact from a HP support team about the following issue but nobody has gotten back to me, so I'm raising it here. My brand new Sprocket 200 prints photographs with a purple tint. I updated the firmware, cleaned the path rollers and reset the device (both iPhone and Sprocket) but the issue persists. I would appreciate any help with this.
