Sprocket 200 will not charge or complete its setup with the app on my phone. It almost gets to end an displays an error message

If the sprocket is not charging, perform the steps from this document - Blinking Red Charging Indicator Light
Update the software on the iOS device
Go to Settings > general > Update the software
Re-install the sprocket app on the iOS device.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve installation and connectivity issues- Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print
If the issue persists, let us factory reset the sprocket:
To factory reset Sprocket 200 need to hold power button until LED flashes rapidly then release button and press once more to power off. The press again to power back on.
