I just got a sproket 200 in April, and I have an iphone. I can go to my photos and send a photo to print and it will work just fine. I got the paper where you can print two stickers on one page, and when I go to the app to print it, it won't. I have charged it fully. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and I have updated the firmware. It will connect just fine and even let me choose the two photos I want to print, shows the green light for me on the printer icon showing its ready, but when I click it nothing happens. There are no connection issues as it will print from the photos just not from the app. Please help!
