Operating System: iOS

I just got my sprocket 200 recently and I was able to print two photos before it does not work.

i have reset it a few times and it does not let me connect my printer to the hp app.

What do I do?

I am having the same problem, I thought my new phone was too advanced but I tried with other family members phones and even my iPad but their still not working.
