Sprocket 200

This problem has never happened before but I took my sprocket out the use yesterday and it wasn’t working. I put it on the charger and the front light was flashing red and so is the light by the charging port. I changed the paper and there’s no paper jam. I restarted it multiple times and still didn’t work. Someone please help!
