Just purchased and follwed all the directions but my pics aren’t coming out crisp.  Please help

@Gildigi, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Which version of iOS are you using?

Try printing different Photos/pictures and check if the issue persists.

 

Update the software on iOS

Click here to know how.

 

Perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document to fix print Quality issues on a Sprocket 200.
