Sprocket 2- in-1 2FB96A
iOS

I bought the sprocket 2 hours ago from Best Buy. When I got into the car I plugged it in and a red light came on. After about 5 minutes I was testing out the buttons and I powered it off. Now every time I plug it in nothing happens. No light turns on and it turns slightly warm when plugged in. I would try to reset it but I can’t turn it on in the first place

@Anabelle1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Make sure the Charging cable is firmly plugged in.

Charge the Sprocket for 40mins and then try to Power it ON.

Try Resetting the Printer and check if it works

Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.

Locating the Reset button on the HP Sprocket 2-in-1

Turn on the Sprocket.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
