HP SPROCKET

My HP Sprocket keeps printing out in a red/pink hue. I have tried everything possible. Reset my sprocket, changed the printer paper, updated the software and nothing is changing. I'm getting very frustrated with this product and can not exchange it due to store policy. The pictures do not even look anything like they should and are so red! Any suggestions?
