Sprocket photo printer 2200
iOS 12 - 12.0.1

My sprocket photo printer doesn’t work well because every time I try to print something the paper that comes out of the printer remains blank. I have tried everything, I uploaded everything, nothing works ! What shall I do ?

I'm sorry that you have an issue with your Sprocket printer. To fix this issue, try the steps below:

1: Upgrade the Sprocket firmware

2: Clean the Sprocket paper path rollers

If you have already tried all the steps in the suggested document, please contact our phone support regarding warranty and service options.  

 

I'm going to send you a private message with the information required to get this issue sorted. The only reason why we are utilizing the instructions over the private message as these instructions are specific to your printer model.
