Product: Sprocket Plus
Operating System: iOS

Hello! My sprockets photos are coming out with a blue tint to them, I have tried all of the suggested steps from the other threads and tried editing the photos to avoid the tint. I have used an entire package of paper and I’m getting a little frustrated if anyone has any tips to help with this I would be greatly appreciative!!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
