Sprocket printer can't be found in the app on iPhone

Hi!

Can't connect my printer to my phone. I can connect it in bluetooth settings, it asks me to open the app, but nothing can be found there. I have tried to reset both my phone and the printer. It did connect to Android, but not iPhone.

I have iPhone 12 Pro

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile, try and update your iOS.

To update the iOS device, refer to this document - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Actually, I have just tried to delete the app and reinstall it back now, after launching it fresh it printed me to setup fresh, and in that instance the app did actually recognise the printer. So everything is working now! 🙂
