HP Recommended

I cannot connect the sprocket with my android phone nor with an iphone.  No printers can be find.  I have read the troubleshooting and done everything mentioned in it but nothing i have done can solve the problem.  Resetting, reinstalling the app, pressing the on/off button to go to the factory settings.... . In the menu i cannot enter the serial number..
