Sprocket printing very pink

Every print seems very pink. I hAve tried editing the filters to make it a different tone but the prints still look extra pink. 
has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the print quality issue. 

To better assist you - Are you using a genuine HP ZINK photo paper? 

Let's try updating the Sprocket firmware and clean the Sprocket paper path rollers. Refer to step# 2, 3 and 4 from this document.
