HP Recommended

Hi can you help my sprocket prints with white lines down the side, I've tried feeding the blue paper resetting, checking it's up to date and it's still the same. It was working fine the battery went then it started doing that after recharging ?? Please give advice on what to try next, or has this now had it and needs replacing?
