Sprocket red and green flashing light

When trying to charge my Sprocket printer, the red and green lights flash simultaneously.  I have reset the unit many times and, until recently, the unit and the app would not pair although my Phone settings said they were connected.  Now it seems to charge and I ultimately see a white light after disconnecting it from the USB.  It is also now printing, though seemingly not as sharp and crisp as before.  The simultaneous red and green lights continue to flash while charging.  Apparently I have no pending firmware updates.  Any ideas of something else to try?  Do I have a hardware issue with the unit?  I appreciate your input.

I see that the printer flashes red and green lights while charging, I'd recommend you refer to the document Blinking Red Status Indicator Light to resolve the issue.
