Hi. While charging my sprocket yesterday, it started to smell burnt in the whole apartment. It turned out to be the sprocket. All the printer photo inside was completely burnt and the sprocket will not work now. I am trying to find a way to contact HP support, so that is why I am posting here. What do I do?
