Product: Sprocket select
Operating System: iOS

I bought the sprocket select awhile ago and never got around to using it it’s just been sitting in its original box in the drawer.. today I tried to set it up and nothing is working... I plugged it in and no lights are flashing I tried multiple chargers and I’m getting nothing it’s not the same as the ones I seen online on how to reset the device and don’t know what to do or if it even works did I buy a faulty device and not know it... it’s brand new never been used so why is it not working
