Sprocket studio

Sprocket studio

I just received The HP sprocket studio for Christmas. I absolutely love everything about it and set up was so easy. My problem is it only printed 10 pictures and it showed that the level of ink was low and I tried to put in another picture and it had me replace the cartridge. These cartridges are supposed to be for 40 pictures. This was purchased brand new from QVC. Please help I can’t afford it if it’s going to only print 10 pictures a cartridge
