Had not used my Christmas gift since then with busy after holidays and now the virus.... want to print pictures but it now says error with printer.

Hi @Bana9

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to use the sprocket to print. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Which device are you trying to print from?
  • Which model sprocket are you using?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
