I’m having problems with my hp sprocket. I recently bought it about 2 days ago and now whenever I try to charge it the charging light is solid red and then the light turns off. I tried resetting it and turning it on and it won’t work. Please help.

Did you try to plug the sprocket for charging: Does it light then? Can you try to make it print when charging? Could possibly indicate something about the issue.

I did plug it in for it to charge but the red light would only stay on for about 10 minutes and then it goes off and I can’t print anything.
This looks like a hardware issue.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
