HP Recommended
Product: Sprocket Zink mini printer
Operating System: iOS

I have an HP sprocket zink mini printer that is a year old but hasn’t been used for a year (it worked great a year ago!). When I plug it in to charge it, the red light turns on for a minute and then the light turns off and the printer doesn’t charge. I have tried different outlets and have unplugged and plugged the cord in multiple times and the same thing happens every time. How do I fix this? Thanks!
