Hello, I just bought a HP Sprocket, I'm having issue pairing it up with my Samsung Galaxy S5, the bluetooth said can not communicated with sprocket (32:0D)  I have no idea what that meant.  Please help!

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are having issues in pairing HP sprocket with your mobile. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Restart the sprocket.
  • Click here and follow step 3 in the document.

Please let me know how this goes.

I genuinely hope that the issue gets resolved without hassles.

If you wish to say thanks for my effort to help,
