Hp Sprocket

Sprocket shows green fully charged LED.

When switched on White LED comes on for a couple of seconds then goes off.

Sprocket is dead until plugged into charge, shows red LED, after 5 mins shows green fully charged LED.

When switched on White LED comes on for a couple of seconds then goes off etc.

I can't switch it on to carry out a reset.

Thanks

Hi! @JMc1314, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have issues turning on your sprocket printer.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Try charging your printer with a different adapter and with a different wall outlet.

Please try the steps recommended below.

Reset the printer.

1. Turn on the printer.

2. Locate the reset pin-hole near the charging port.

3. Gently insert a straight pin into the hole to press the reset button inside.

4. The printer resets and turns off.

5. Turn on the printer.

If the issue still persists after performing reset on the printer. It is a hardware issue please contact HP support for service options.

Link to contact HP.

Hope this helps!

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂
