Product: HP Sprocket Photo Printer

My older HP Sprocket Printer now prints 2-4 of the same photo without instructions to do so. It is wasting the expensive paper (stickers). I am using this to organize supplies, but am frustrated to the point of stopping use, based on the frustration, and costs. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software, and completed the updates. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
