HP Sproket Studio

I have just gone to print my first picture with my Sproket Studio. During the printing process it asked me to reinstall the cartridge. I did this three times. The third time it asked me I removed the cartridge and the ribbon has broken. Now I dont know what to do. Do I need to replace the cartridge? Can I still use the broken one? This is just ridiculous.

@RubyJane, Welcome to HP Support Community!

"I removed the cartridge and the ribbon has broken"- this shows that the cartridge is completely broken and cannot be used.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region for cartridge replacement or service options on the printer.

Hope this helps!
