Sproket keeps having issues

Hi, I received a Sprocket as a gift and it's been giving me NOTHING but issues since the start! After going through the billion trouble shooting suggestions I finally got it to connect and print - for a day.


The next time I paired my Sproket it connects, my blue tooth is on, everything is telling me I am good to go- I push print and it sends it but then just hangs there on my phone's sending screen. when I go to the print queue it's telling me its printing which it clearly isn't. i have hard rebooted my sproket, my phone, I have forgotten the device on blue tooth, I have switched blue tooth on and off, I have done everything short of throwing this against the wall.  PLease do not tell me to look at frequently asked questions because I have been through them all and nothing has worked. 


It's not on that I need to go through this every time I want to use this product- it should work the way it says it will. I see so many people have the same issues and frustrations- surely there is a firmware upgrade by now or somethign to fix this on going issue?

Won't work on iOS 11.2 (currently the latest).
Can glitch on iOS 11.x.y.

No fix day estimation has been given so far.


We can only hope that they are going to fix it for iOS 11.2, you may also return your item or use it as somewhat expensive decoration.
