I have gone through the many forum posts about this and followed all of the instructions in your responses and videos but my HP sprocket is still printing blanks. It is a new pack of Zink paper and I have tried 3 packs.

The printer is:

- Fully charged

- not showing up as needing an update

-loaded with new paper, including the blue card

- been reset about a dozen times now

it spits out the blue card, then after a second or two prints a perfectly blank photo.

The printer was working fine until I ran out of paper, I purchased more (and now have purchased even more) and nothing works.

Please do not cut and paste the same thing I have seen on everyone else's support page, I have tried it, it has not worked

@tlloyd83, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
