After inserting Ink cartridge into printer (after it clicks) and try to print a photo from app. The app gives error message that it is missing an ink cartridge. Then when I try to take the ink cartridge out it is stuck/jammed and I have to pull it out with force which ruins the ink cartridge. I have tried resetting as a previous thread suggested and have now completely ruined 3 ink cartridges. There was another thread on the community that had the same issue and as far as I can tell was never resolved. This is an expensive problem and super annoying. I’m not expecting the issue to get resolved from this post, but thought it might be helpful for others. I will probably just throw the entire unit away and chalk it up as a loss.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
