Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
Bought a sprocket in October 2019 from Shoppee official shop. HP Singapore sold me a sprocket printer which warranty had already expired. That’s a major disappointment.
How did I find out?
Only because I wasted almost a whole pack of zink paper on lousy prints with streaky qualities. I tried following all the steps to troubleshoot:
1. Reboot my device
3. Loading the smartpaper before printing
4. Waiting 5 mins between each print.
this is the most disappointed I ever was with a product. And an expensive one to boot.
