Sprocket hp

I just buy a new package for my sprocket and I what to print some pictures and the blue sheet comes out of my sprocket and then I have to send the picture again with out the blue sheet.... so I don't know if that's normal or what is happening.

Please help me.

I don't quite understand the issue here. What bluesheet are you referring to? Could you send a picture please? From where are you trying to print?
