I’ve reset both my phone and the sprocket printer, I also charged both and updated my phone. My Bluetooth says it’s connected to my sprocket but once I go into the app and click add sprocket it says searching and nothing comes up. I’ve had no problems before they updated their app, my sprocket used to be connected and now it’s not. I want to print pictures but I can’t do so if my printer won’t connect.

@alyssum_0ua, Welcome to HP Support Community!

It could be an application issue, I would suggest you uninstall the HP Sprocket App from your phone and reinstall it.

Try connecting the device and see if that helps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
