Trying to update my Sprocket firmware from 1.1.3 to current via andriod phone.  When I select update firmware; printer disconnected pop up message happens and printer white LED starts blinking.  I tried to update on iphone; but the update firmware doesn't work at all; press blue text with update firmware and nothing happens.
