My HP Sprocket is printing vertical lines on my photos. I've already reset it. Any suggestions?

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are facing a print quality issue on your Sprocket, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

 

Request you to refer to this HP Article and try the steps suggested under " What can I do to improve print quality?" section of the article. 

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service options available.
