Hi, I had already purchased a SPROCKET on yesterday 4 March 2019. After i printed the photos there is all covered by visibles lines! It is really tragic! I already printed 7 pieces photos and all of the photos have the same problmes. All of the suggestions that HP official website provided are useless to solve this problems. Please give a FUNCTIONAL solution and please responce ASAP. Thank you.
