I  have connected my hp deskjet 3720 printer with only my PC but I want to connect my phone too, a Samsung j6

You can use the HP Smart App to connect your phone to the Printer:

Sprocket is a different Printer by itself. You can connect it to your phone: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-sprocket-photo-printer/12635221/document/c05243304
