White line at the end of the photo

Hello, i buy Hp sprocket and when i was used it for several time then i noticed that the image of the result always have white line at the last of the photo.

I already use Hp Zink paper and already upgrade firmware and reset Hp Sprocket.

Please help me with this problem.

I understand that you are facing a print quality issue with the sprocket, is that right?
