Product: Hp sprocket 200 photo printer

I bought the sprocket and haven't been using much. After months i tried to print photos and white lines appear on them. I just updated the firmware, removed papers, turned on and off the sprocket but nothing works.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
