I sent the second picture I wanted to print out to my hp sprocket, and instead of printing out the second picture it printed out the first. Then, the second came up. Why? I don’t want to waste photo paper.

@Anita07

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Locate the Reset button near the charging port.

    Locating the reset button

  3. Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.

    The printer resets and turns off.

  4. Turn on the printer.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
