Product: Sprocket 200
Operating System: iOS

I have tried almost everything it says online and in the instructions and my sprocket will not show up in the Bluetooth list. I did get a new phone today but I don’t think that’s the issue. I got this a Christmas gift today and I would be pretty disappointed if I had to return it

Check for any updates on the iOS device.
