Hello, I had a sprocket printer for Christmas last year, maybe used it half a dozen times, last time in march, went to use it yesterday and put it on charge, red light comes for around 10 mins and then nothing, cant get it to switch on,
Try charging the sprocket in a different wall outlet.
Try using a different cable.
If the printer does not turn on when you press the Power button, reset the printer with a straight pin to clear any errors.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
