HI Customer Support team,

 

i have a problem with the outcome from hp sprocket that every photo seems to be yellow tint even though already updated the firmware. could you please help me fix this. thank you.

Yes me too pictures not clear at all like it is on my iPhone.

Just purchased today and my photos look yellowed and too warm. My pics come from Iphone7SPlus and are HDR so it’s not my pics.
